Account data requests

Account deletion and data export

teleCaller does not yet provide self-service export or account deletion. Requests are handled through verified support so the scope, authority, recordings, and consequences can be confirmed first.

Before you request

An export and a deletion are different actions. Request an export first if you may need caller records, agent prompts, assignment history, or call-session metadata later. Account deletion is difficult to reverse and can make provider-hosted recordings inaccessible.

Deleting an individual caller-list record in the dashboard does not delete the account, organization, historical assignment, call-session metadata, or provider-hosted recording. Name those items separately if they are part of the request.

Who can request account data

The registered account holder can request an export of their account data. An organization-wide export or deletion must come from an account with authority to act for that organization, normally an Owner. We verify the request through the registered email and may ask for additional non-sensitive confirmation.

We will not ask for a password, access token, one-time code, or API key. Do not send those values.

How to submit a request

Email hello@xpykerz.com from the registered account email address with one of these subjects:

  • teleCaller data export request
  • teleCaller account deletion request
  • teleCaller call-data deletion request

Include the account name, registered email, request type, and a plain-language description of the scope. For a specific assignment or call session, include its dashboard identifier and approximate date. Do not attach caller lists or recordings unless support asks through an approved channel.

We will acknowledge the request, verify identity and authority, clarify the scope, and explain the expected completion process. Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law; complex, disputed, or legally restricted requests can take longer where the law permits.

What an export can include

Depending on the request and permissions, an export can include:

  • account and organization profile information;
  • role and permission information;
  • agent names, descriptions, voices, and system prompts;
  • caller-list schemas and active records;
  • call assignments and their selected record identifiers; and
  • call-session status, numbers, timestamps, error fields, and recording metadata.

Data is generally supplied in a commonly readable structured format appropriate to the records. Recording files can be supplied only if they remain available from the telephony provider, the requester is authorized, and disclosure is lawful. teleCaller does not currently store call transcripts.

An export can contain data about called parties and other users. The requester must protect it and may use it only for a lawful purpose.

What account deletion covers

After verification and final confirmation, an account-deletion request can cover the account profile and active organization-scoped service data, including agents, caller lists and records, assignments, call-session metadata, and recording references. We will identify dependencies and tell you if a narrower deletion is safer or legally required.

Where applicable and under our control, we will also request deletion of provider-hosted recordings associated with the confirmed scope. Provider systems and backups can follow separate deletion schedules. Limited records can be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, abuse prevention, billing, fraud investigation, or a dispute. Retained data remains restricted to that purpose.

Following account deletion, sign-in will stop and deleted operational data may not be recoverable. Download any needed export before confirming deletion.

Requests from people who received a call

If you received a call, the organization identified during the call generally decides why your data was used and should receive your access, correction, deletion, or do-not-call request. Ask that organization to suppress further calls immediately.

If the caller cannot be identified, email hello@xpykerz.com with the phone number that received the call, approximate date and time with timezone, and a short description. We will use that information to investigate and route the request where possible. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, government identifiers, financial information, or unrelated sensitive details.

Other account changes

Display name and password changes are available in Profile. Email-address changes, organization-wide exports, account deletion, and call-session deletion currently require support. See the Privacy Policy and Call Recording and Data Retention Policy for more detail.
