1. Create a caller list

In the dashboard, open Caller Lists and select New caller list. Enter a descriptive List name, such as “September course enquiries” or “First call test”.

2. Define the contact fields

Phone number is already included and required, with the field key phone. Select Add field for other information your agent needs, such as Name or Course.

Choose each field’s type: Text, Email, Number, Yes/No, or Date. Mark a field Required when every contact must provide it. The Schema preview shows the field keys generated from your labels.

If your prompt uses contact placeholders, match the exact field key. For example, a Name field with key name matches {{name}}. Give the agent a fallback for missing values so it does not read an unresolved placeholder aloud.

3. Save the list and add a contact

Select Create list to open the new list. Select Add record, fill in the contact fields, and submit with Add record.

Enter phone numbers in international E.164 format: a plus sign followed by the country code and number. Use a real number you control for your first test. Phone numbers must be unique within the list.

4. Import a CSV when you have more contacts

Open Import CSV and check Expected CSV headers. Your header row must match the list’s field keys, including the required fields. Use the keys shown in the dialog rather than guessing from display labels.

Choose or drop a .csv file of 10 MiB or smaller, then select Import contacts. Preserve the plus sign in phone numbers when preparing the file. If the import reports an error, correct the indicated data before trying again. On success, review the imported count and select Done.

5. Review the records before calling

Check the phone numbers and any facts used by the agent. Adding or importing records does not start calls. To use the list, follow the first-call guide or create a campaign from selected contacts.
